- Russsion Artist and film director.
- Born in 1962 in Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region.
- Lives and works in St. Petersburg.
- She graduated the Leningrad Art School.
- Bella Matveeva works are in the collections of the State Russian Museum, Gallery Art Kiosk (Brussels, Belgium), Pelin Gallery (Helsinki, Finland), Robunson Gardens (Los Angeles, USA), Galleries Bella Casa (St. Petersburg).
- Her works are represented in State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), “Art Museum” of Avignon (France), Zimmerli Art Museum (New Jersey, USA), Hwangi Art Museum (Seoul, South Korea), as well as in private collections.
